At Kannika Bangles, every piece is meticulously handcrafted by master artisans using the finest materials. Each jewellery item goes through rigorous quality checks before reaching you. Because of the handcrafted and customised nature of our pieces, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Why We Have a No-Return Policy

Kannika Bangles specialises in handcrafted, artisan-made jewellery. Every bangle, necklace, and earring is individually crafted — making each piece unique. Given the following reasons, we maintain a strict no-return policy:

  • Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, often customised to individual orders
  • Jewellery is a hygienic and personal product; once used, it cannot be resold
  • All items are quality-checked and photographed before despatch
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned under any circumstance
  • We follow industry standards for handcrafted Indian jewellery

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and confirmed, the sale is considered final. This applies to all purchases made through:

  • Our website (kannikabangles.com)
  • WhatsApp orders placed directly with our team
  • In-store purchases at our Malleshwaram showroom
  • Orders placed via phone or email

We strongly encourage customers to review all product images carefully and contact us before placing an order if you have any doubts regarding size, design, or finish.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, we recognise that rare situations may arise. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and assess whether the damage occurred during transit or manufacturing.

If the claim is approved, we will offer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability) or a store credit — no cash refund will be issued.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Handcrafted jewellery inherently has slight variations from piece to piece. Please note:

  • Product images are captured under professional lighting — actual colours may vary slightly on screen
  • Minor variations in stone placement, finish, or texture are characteristic of handcrafted goods
  • These variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return claim
