We understand that selecting the perfect size for a bangle or fit for a necklace can sometimes be tricky — especially online. That's why Kannika Bangles offers a size exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.
What Can Be Exchanged
We offer exchanges only for size-related issues. The following items may be eligible for exchange:
- Bangles — for a different size (e.g., 2.4 to 2.6)
- Necklace chains — for a different length (subject to stock)
- Adjustable jewellery — where sizing is technically feasible
We recommend measuring your wrist/hand carefully before ordering. Our team can guide you — just WhatsApp us before placing your order!
What Cannot Be Exchanged
The following are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
- Exchanges for a different design, colour, or style
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- Customised or personalised pieces (e.g., engraved items)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Sale or discounted items
- Items where the size requested was provided at the time of order

Exchange Conditions
For an exchange to be approved, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused, and unworn condition
- All original packaging, tags, and pouches must be intact
- No signs of damage, scratches, or alteration
- Exchange request submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation
Kannika Bangles reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the item does not meet the above conditions upon inspection.
